Our Process
Our process is designed to keep everything clear, efficient, and low-disruption from first contact through to completion.
1. Initial enquiry and details received
Once you get in touch, we’ll gather the key details about the property and the scope of works to ensure we fully understand your requirements.
2. Site visit where required
If needed, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess the property. In many cases, we can also quote from photos and floor plans to save time.
3. Fixed quotation issued
You’ll receive a clear, fixed quotation outlining the scope of works and costs, so there are no surprises.
4. Work scheduled and completed
We agree a start date that fits your timeline and carry out the work efficiently, with minimal disruption to tenants.
5. Clean handover and invoice
Once complete, the property is left clean, tidy, and ready for marketing or reoccupation, followed by clear invoicing.

We ask that small items and valuables are removed where possible. We’re happy to carefully move larger furniture and fully protect floors and surfaces before starting work.
